Hi All,

Im currently setting up a non traveller related mailing list, principally
for exchanging mail with my friends at university. The format for the
list would resemble something similar to traveller@MPGN.COM ie a daily
digest would be sent to those who subscribed.

Unfortunately our sys admin doesnt know how to set up a digest based list!
Im wondering if it is possible to obtain the software that runs this list,
either through public domain or via cash (no software piracy here)

Im not too great with computers either so it would be helpful if someone
could mail me and explain to me what I have to do.

Cheers,

Mark.

Howdy,

last night I was printing stuff from the TML to put in my notebook when I
noticed a few things...

First, it seems that a lot of the BR conversions have the number of controlled
missiles equal to the number of missile MFDs, not the MFDs times the number
that they can control (5 for TL14, 6 for TL15, etc). This has been discussed
before, but I thought I'd bring it up.

Second, there was a planetary defense MG posted that is just plain wrong
(unless I'm doing something wrong, in which case I'd love to know :)

It is listed as having a DE of 50,000, and a length of 2000m, yet the damage
is listed as 10: 25-20-16-12.

First, the the effective range for a TL15 MG of 2000m is 80 hexes, so the
damage won't drop off, and secondly, the actual damage listed is wrong.
For DE=50k, the damage would be 12, not 25. If I'm srewed up on this
please let me know (maybe I'm doing mine systematically wrong, yeesh :-/

So this critter should be M 10:12 (IMO)

-Merrick
